Bookings can be made by calling or emailing us. A reminder text message will be sent two days prior to the appointment to confirm the date and time. If you need to reschedule, we would appreciate a notification as early as possible so that we can offer the appointment time to patients on our waiting list.
We will endeavour to offer appointments within 3-4 weeks. Please let us know if you are pregnant and we will arrange an urgent appointment for you (within 1-2 weeks).
Appointments are usually 30-40 minutes long for new patients, and 10-20 minutes for review. Video (telehealth) appointment can be arranged via Zoom and a link will be emailed to you before the appointment time.
We are a private billing clinic and a full payment is required on the day of your appointment. We offer concession rates to pension and healthcare card holders. Provided there is a valid referral, we can process the Medicare rebate for you on the day. You should receive the Medicare rebate directly into your nominated bank account within 48 business hours.
